The Brittany Portfolio consists of the 408-unit Brittany Apartments in Arlington, VA and three Maryland-based properties. In Laurel, MD, there is the 389-unit Sutton Walk apartment complex, and in New Carrollton, MD, the portfolio offers the neighboring Sutton Walk apartments and Lenox Court apartment complex.
