11 Promotions Doled Out in Dallas-Fort Worth

Long goes from managing director in Dallas to senior managing director, one of the firm's top positions and a title held by just a few. For the last two years, Long has led the Dallas-Fort Worth office, one of the largest in the TCC hierarchy. He continues as area director for Trammell Crow's North Texas Trade Area.

Trammell Crow also named eight principals. "These leaders set the example for customer service and contributions to the company's objectives," Long said in press release.

Going from senior vice president to principal are Mark Allyn in the Capital Markets Group; Tim Couch, head of the firm's Baylor Healthcare System team; Chris Cozby in the retail group; Matt Craft in the CBD office group; Seth Kelly in brokerage; Robert McFarlane in development services; Jim Yoder in the office group; and Steve Zimmerman, also in brokerage.

The Dallas-based Koll Development Co. promoted M. Scott Ozymy to senior vice president in Dallas. The firm also hired Kathi L. White as vice president/controller for its DFW operations.

Ozymy, who joined Koll in 2000, will oversee asset management, land and project disposition, acquisition assignments plus have responsibilities in finance, project development and new business. White, a 25-year accounting veteran, comes from the ranks of WRPS LP and Mansions Custom Homes LP in Coppell, where she was CFO and senior vice president.

Hall Financial Group, headquartered in Frisco, hired David Nachman as asset manager and financial analyst for the structured finance team. He will monitor and analyze the portfolio of mortgage loans, mezzanine financings and equity investments.

At Henry S. Miller Commercial, Brett Owens went from the title of associate to assistant vice president in the office/industrial division. Owens joined the firm about two years ago. His target markets are the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and the Great Southwest Industrial Park.
