Meanwhile, Genesis Health Ventures' Elmwood Center in Aurora is under contract, and is expected to close by April.
Genesis Health Ventures Inc. chairman and CEO Robert H. Fish said the sale was part of his company's attempt to focus on its core operations. It also gives his company additional capital to buy other properties, unless it decides to pay down debt.
