Advanstar, a privately held publishing company headquartered in Boston, renewed for 36,600 sf on the fifth and sixth floors, according to Greg May and David Girty of Transwestern. May and Girty represented the building owner, TIAA-CREF, with Al Masters with CB Richard Ellis Inc. representing the tenant.

The building is in the Hutton Centre, a business campus that features a three-acre lake, landscaping, on-site property management and reserved parking. Transwestern manages the building for TIAA-CREF.

Advanstar has been in the building for 10 years and had reached the end of its previous lease. The building is a 183,000-sf, eight-story structure that was built in 1982. It is 98% occupied.

Advanstar is a worldwide business information company that publishes business magazines and directories. It also produces exhibitions and conferences, Web sites, and a wide range of direct marketing, database and reference products and services.
