The estate, recently developed by Brixton, lies close to the town centre and comprises four units totalling 50,000 sf. The total income is £457,000 ($745,000) per annum which shows an initial yield of 6.6%.
The purchase represents the 26th purchase for Equiton taking the total value ofthe portfolio to in excess of £140 million ($220 million). The fund is still looking to grow and it is targeting sub-£15 million ($25 million) multi-let industrial estates in the South-East.
