The garment manufacturer plans to occupy the building this month, according to Mike Finley and Troy Williams of the Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Anaheim office. Finley and Williams represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Jim Wootan of CB Richard Ellis Inc. negotiated for the building owner, TCLW Fullerton of Santa Monica.

Johnston, which makes clothing for cheerleaders, pep squads and ballerinas, will relocate to its new facility in an expansion from 16,000 sf of space in the city of Orange. The site will be used for manufacturing and sales.

The tenant is inbound to a multi-tenant property built in the 1960s. The facility is a single-story, concrete tilt-up structure. With the signing of the Johnston lease, the 110,000-sf building is now fully occupied.
