Also under construction is the Ascot Clubhouse, a 50,000-sf building that will be the center attraction of Fox Run Village, with its two restaurants, year-round aquatic center, health club with fitness trainer, bank, convenience store, beauty and barber salon, computer lab, hobby area, and medical center.

Monthly apartment fees for the community's twenty floor plans range from$1,243 to $1,982.The development represents the tenth campus built by Erickson Retirement Communities of Baltimore in the past decade.

Spurred by the success of its sister community in Dearborn, the 1,250 resident Henry Ford Village, which opened in 1993, Fox Run will become Erickson Retirement Community's second campus in Michigan. Upon completion, Fox Run will be the largest retirement community in the State of Michigan. The project is located on 13 Mile Road, just west of the M-5 connector.
