Kevin Shannon of Grubb & Ellis says Newport Beach-based Layton-Belling bought Bellanca Airport Park for $11 million, Springdale Commerce Center for $9 million and East Anaheim Distribution Center in Anaheim for $7.2 million.

Bellanca Airport Park is a 190,960-sf property at 9310-9430 Bellanca Ave. in Los Angeles. It is 100% leased to Dollar Rent-A-Car on a long-term basis. Shannon and Sean O'Donnell of the Grubb & Ellis South Bay office represented the buyer and the seller.

Springdale Commerce Center is a 144,000-sf project at 10715 Springdale Ave. in Santa Fe Springs. The two-building property was 69% leased at the time of sale. Shannon and Jim McFadden of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer and the seller.

East Anaheim Distribution Center is a 106,232-sf multi-tenant industrial project at 1150 N. Gum Road in Anaheim. The property was 73% occupied at the time of sale. Shannon, Mike Finley and Troy Williams of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer and the seller.
