Chris Migliori of DAUM says Sanders & Wohrman plans to move into its new facility in March, one of two owner-user purchases that Migliori recently brokered. The new Sanders & Wohrman headquarters is on an acre at 701 Poplar St., where the company will employ approximately 50 workers. Migliori represented Sanders & Wohrman while Allen Buchanan of Lee & Associates negotiated for the seller, the Wilkinson Trust of Santa Ana.

The new headquarters for the painting contractor is a concrete tilt-up structure featuring 5,000 sf of office space, ground-level loading, large fenced yard and three-to-one parking.

In the other owner-user deal, in nearby Santa Ana, home loan broker WJ Capital paid $1.1 million for a 9,000-sf, two-story office building on a half acre at 1761 E. Garry Ave. WJ Capital has already occupied the building in an expansion from Tustin and employs 15 workers at its new building.

Migliori and Paul Gingrich, also of DAUM, represented WJ Capital. Tony Gleason of Voit Commercial represented the seller, Chengini Family Trust of Newport Beach. The new headquarters for WJ Capital is a wood-and-stucco structure with three-to-one on-site parking.
