Milestone Mortgage Corp., a Houston-based residential lender, is opening a 2,906-sf office at 340 North Belt Place at 340 N. Sam Houston Parkway East. Vincent Gyorgy of the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial represented the incoming tenant in the talks while Wanda Wilson and Marci Phillips, both with Houston-based PM Realty Group, bargained for the building owner, Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors.

The 340 North Belt Place is a two-story, 114,026-sf suburban office building, now 77% leased. It carries an asking rate of $12.50 per sf.

Pipeline Engineering & Technology Corp. subleased the balance of a long-term pact held by the Lehman Co. at 13831 Northwest Freeway. The sublessee relocated from another office in the building into Lehman's 2,068 sf, Gloria Parrino of Betz Commercial Brokerage in Houston, tells GlobeSt.com.

Lehman recently relocated into a house that it bought and refurbished for offices. Scott Carr of the Houston office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. represented the Lehman Co. in the sublease.

According to the Harris County Appraisal District, the 150,465-sf office building is owned by One Northwest Centre LLC of Des Moines. Houston-based Transwestern Commercial Services holds the leasing and management contracts.
