The Rosemont, IL-based developer has found this western suburb in DuPage County to be fertile ground, as it has built 1.8 million sf during the past seven years. Four were speculative buildings, while two others were build-to-suits for W. W. Grainger Inc. and K & K Screw. It built what it considers to be a state-of-the-art one-story pre-cast building with 30-foot clear ceiling heights and 24 truck docks. Rogers Corp. will use the building to expand operations resulting from its acquisition of another company.
