The company relocated from the Inverness Business Park off of Interstate 25 to 19,460-sf of office and warehouse space at Interstate 70 and Havana Street at the Crossroads Distribution Center at 3700 Havana St.
It signed a five-year lease.
Crossroads is a 150,060-sf warehouse/distribution center owned by KEW Realty Corp. of Denver.
Carole Schumacher of Crimson Financial LLC represented DW Mail. The landlord was represented in house by Trish Herick.
