Harsch Investment Properties announced that KLCInternational LLC signed the pact for space in the Lakeview Business Center in Lake Oswego. Harsch has owned the freestanding multitenant industrial building since 1993.

"KLC is an ideal tenant because they are selling such a high-quality product to the marketplace, and are using the space as their U.S. distribution center to home supply centers and design showrooms," says Jordan Schnitzer, president of Harsch.

The building is situtated on 6.62 acres at 6077 SW Lakeview Blvd. in Lake Oswego. The access toInterstates 5 and 205 make it attractive for KLCInternational, which distributes nationwide.

The value of the lease was not disclosed. However, Harsch Investment Properties completed over $40 million of transactions in the Portland market last year, including the purchase of Riviera Plaza, a multi-tenant office building in downtown Portland.Other projects recently acquired by Harsch Investment Properties include: Sorrento Heights Corporate Center, a 77,931 sf office project; Carroll Canyon Center, a 174,413 sf industrial campus; Cabrillo Commerce Center, a 214,533 sf industrial center; and PowayIndustrial Center, a 131,399 sf industrial campus. All are located in the San Diego area.
