South Barrington, IL-based Cabot Acquisition LLC sold the property, which includes 7.7 acres near the I-88 interchange at Illinois 59.
HSA Commercial Real Estate EVP Tim Thompson represented Midwest Warehouse and Distribution Systems - which occupies about 2 million sf in the market - as he has for more than 20 years.
