The White River Lodge in the club consists of 26 two- and three-bedroom luxury units and sits at the base of the Aspen Highlands Ski Area.

The units provide picture-postcard views of the mountains and ski-in, ski-out access to the slopes. It was designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects of New York City.

The club has a "rugged" classic Western lodge theme, but also includes a large patio hot tub, ski valet, airport pickup, valet parking, golf privileges at the River Valley Ranch Golf Course, twice-daily housekeeping and use of the Ritz-Carlton fitness center and spa.

So far, nearly 70% of the available memberships have sold at the Ritz-Carlton Club, Aspen Highland.

The 73 residences are purchased with 1/12th interests, providing residences for a minimum of 28 days each year, as well as unlimited access on a space available basis.

A portion of the time may be used at other Ritz-Carlton Clubs.

Memberships range from $160,000 to $490,000.

"The concept of enjoying a second home in Aspen without the responsibilities associated with vacation homeownership has clearly caught on here," says Jud Hawk, Ritz-Carlton Club general manger."
