The new building will allow Mi Casa to expand its services, which include mentoring, computer training, and apprenticeships for the construction trades.
In addition to representing Mi Casa in the purchase, Frederick Ross brokers Marcia Mueller and Chuck Arnold are listing two other buildings owned and used by the group. One is a 4,975-sf building at 706 Knox Ct. and the other is a 6,000-sf building at 571 Galapago St.
