The new tenants include Mexican restaurant Salsa Brava, New York Pizza Department, It's a Grind Coffee House, Sun Nail Salon, Eagle Glen Dental, Eagle Glen Dry Cleaning, AIM Mail Center and Jack in the Box.

Construction began at the shopping center in July 2002. It is scheduled to open this June. The center will be anchored by a 43,235-sf Stater Bros. Superstore.

Empire Commercial officials say they expect the center to be fully leased by early summer. They are negotiating with a bank, a Southern California-based salon chain, a national sandwich shop operation and a real estate services firm as prospective tenants.

Empire Commercial is an Ontario, CA-based developer of commercial properties in the Southwestern US. Its portfolio includes more than 2.5 million sf of office, retail, self-storage and multifamily properties.
