Vince Gyorgy and John Ferruzzo are now principals at NAI Partners Commercial. Both executives were among the firm's Top 10 producers for 2002.
Gyorgy, formerly a vice president, has been with the firm since 1996, specializing in office tenant representation. Ferruzzo joined in 2000 as vice president and leader of the industrial brokerage division.
Ferruzzo tells GlobeSt.com that one of his main goals has been to build the industrial division's head count. Ferruzzo says in his new position, he will continue to follow that course, looking to add a few more brokers this year.
Trammell Crow Co.'s John Holland, previously managing director, has been promoted to senior managing director for the Houston office. He is a 17-year employee for Dallas-based Trammell Crow.
