The deal was one of nine recent transactions at the property, which is owned by Reckson Associates Realty of Melville, NY, with a New Jersey office in Short Hills. Among the other signings was a renewal by Eisai USA Inc, a machinery parts manufacturer, which was repped by Gregory Barkan of CB Richard Ellis; and a renewal by Reinauer Realty Corp.
The signings come in the midst of a renovation program at the six-story asset. Reckson's three-phase program, with the first phase completed, includes a lobby revamp plus improvements to the building's infrastructure and systems and a new fire system.
