Atlas Capital, LLC of Phoenix picked up the Five Aces Cash Express outlets, totaling 8,901 sf, just 60 days after seller Maverick Holding Co. placed them on the market, Michael Hackett, with Marcus & Millichap in Phoenix, tells GlobeSt.com. "The cash flow was very good from them," Hackett said of the deal.
The check cashing outlets are located at 9401 N. Cave Creek Rd., 20 E. Buckeye Rd., both in Phoenix; 4750 E. Broadway in Tempe; and 421 E. Broadway and 760 N. Country Club Dr., both in Mesa.
Hackett said the seller put the properties on the market for 1031 Exchange transaction.Hackett represented the buyer. Jeff Chalfin and Ari Spiro, both of Sperry Van Ness, represented the seller in transaction.
