Cedarbridge Corporate Campus, which will ultimately total 15 buildings, is a master planned mixed-use park on 185 acres. The assignment marks a return to this Ocean County community for Hill International, which provided construction management services a few years ago for the adjacent First Energy Park, home stadium for the Lakewood Blue Claws minor league baseball team.

Phase one of the Cedarbridge, which is just underway, will include all infrastructure improvements and site work for the first buildings. Also underway is construction of a new exit off the Garden State Parkway for the project.

Hill International joins a construction team that besides Cedarbridge Development Corp. and Picus Associates includes the Hillier Group as planner/architect, Cushman & Wakefield of NJ as exclusive marketing agent and D.W. Smith Associates as project engineer.
