Company president, Thomas Guastello, said the property was purchased by limited partnerships based in Pennsylvania. Bill Rogers and Associates of Kansas City brokered the property, Guastello said. He told GlobeSt.com that the property is in a great location. "The center has very good tenants, and is across the street from Lakeside Mall," Guastello said. "It has a Barnes and Noble, and lots of frontage."
He said the number of cars going by on the road has just continued to go up post Sept. 11, 2001. "There's just a tremendous amount of traffic. A lot of the interest is fueled by the continued housing boom, especially between Hall Road and 26 Mile Road."
