PCA Structure Point signed a five-year sublease with Aronex, which has been looking for takers for 30,000 sf in the office building. Pollard Galipp of Cypressbrook Co. in the Woodlands tells GlobeSt.com that PCA is spinning off from its non-profit parent and establishing a for-profit services firm in the Woodlands, where its principal lives.

Galipp represented the inbound tenant in the talks. Derek Beck in the Houston office of Insignia/ESG brokered the terms for Aronex.

Galipp says there is about 6,500 sf left to fill in Aronex's 30,000-sf building. In December, Ace Technologies took the keys to 17,500 sf for an analytical lab. In late 2001, Aronex shuttered the high-tech, build-to-suit shortly after it was acquired by Boston-based Antigenics.
