Dionex Corp. of Sunnyvale, CA re-upped 5,444 sf to keep its southwestern regional office at 340 North Belt Place, a 114,891-sf office building at 340 N. Sam Houston Parkway E. in North Houston. Ted Brakatselos of Houston Site Acquisitions brokered the pact for the eight-year tenant, a worldwide manufacturer and marketer of chromatography and extraction systems for chemical analysis.
Wanda Wilson and Marci Phillips, with Houston-based PM Realty Group, represented the building owner, Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors. The two-story building is 77% occupied. The quoted rate is $12.50 per sf.
In South Houston, Hastik-Baymont Inc. renewed 5,959 sf of office/service center space at 2525 W. Belfort St. Joe Weatherly of the Houston office of Proterra Properties Inc. represented the building owner, LA Houston Properties. Gloria Parrino of Betz Commercial Brokerage in Houston acted on the tenant's behalf.
