Mark Zorn in Daum's Ontario, CA office says the new facilities will serve as the headquarters for the food processing company, more than doubling its capacity. Zorn and Tal Siglar, also in Daum's Ontario office, along with Bob Dipre of the firm's City of Industry office, represented the building owner, Mercury Plastics Inc. Zorn also worked on the tenant side of the deal with Scott Ostlund and Barrett Woods of Lee & Associates.
Zorn says Popla expects to move into the new space in March, relocating from nearby Bon View Avenue. Popla International's three main production lines are custom blending,roasting and milling for customers throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, Central America, South America, Australia and Canada.
The company's new headquarters is a concrete tilt-up structure featuring 8,500 sf of office space, dock-high loading and approximately 100 on-site parking spots. Popla will employ 16 workers at the site.
