The report shows the highest occupancy rates were found near the Denver International Airport, with a 65.4% overall occupancy rate. The average room rate was $75.77 per night.
Downtown had an average occupancy rate of $54.3%, but as to be expected had the highest average room rate at $108.96.The second-tier hotels along the southeast suburban market had the lowest overall occupancy rate, at an average of 40%. Those hotels, providing 43,302 available room nights, also had the lowest average room rate at $53.88.
