Voicestream Houston purchased about one acre at 1700 Glaser St., northwest of the CBD, from Tuffli Co. Inc., also from Houston. B. Kelly Parker, III, John F. Littman and H. Frank Stanley, a Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. team in Houston, represented the seller at the bargaining table.
Also inside the Loop, Marvin E. Chernosky Jr. bought a 35,694-sf parcel along Wild Indigo Street near the Southwest Freeway. The buyer plans to build a small office building. According to the Harris County tax records, the land is assessed at $282,620.
Seller WCB Properties LLC was represented by Karl Williams and Gloria Parrino, both with Betz Commercial Brokerage in Houston. Representing the buyer was Carlos Bujosa from Houston's McDade, Smith, Gould & Johnston. Commonwealth Land Title handled the closing.
