The former New Mill Noodle Factory will be converted to residential units in an area about two miles northwest of the Loop that has seen substantial residential redevelopment in recent years.

Paine/Wetzel ONCOR International principal Rodger D. Chenore and associate Kevin M. Riley represented New World Pasta Co. in the sale of the 14,700-sf industrial building and more than a half-acre. Renata Williamson of Koenig & Strey represented Jackson Colby Development, which closed the deal with a $1.8-million mortgage from Oxford Bank & Trust, property records also show.
