Capstone Advisors, which acts as a joint-venture partner for real estate developers, invests in multifamily, single-family attached and single-family detached product, as well as land development projects. The firm does not limit itself to solely residential development, however, as it also currently engaged in supplying equity for a variety of commercial real estate projects nationwide. Its product types are listed as residential for-sale development, multifamily, land entitlement and development, retail, office and industrial.
Residential continues to be at the forefront of Capstone Advisors' investment agenda, however, as the company's president Alex Zikakis says that exceeding the "$1 billion of build-out value for our residential investments during the past four years demonstrates our commitment to our residential partners." He says the company plans to expand its residential investments to the eastern United States, similar to what it has already done with its commercial division. Capstone Advisors' current investment focus includes northern and southern California, Arizona, Nevada, Florida and the Mid-Atlantic states.
