Bill Hudson, the former president of Desert Rose Development Corp., will oversee new business development, marketing, public relations and advertising in his new role as vice president of business development for Linthicum Constructors. Prior to joining Linthicum, Hudson was the president of Desert Rose Development Corp. where he served as a consultant to Morton H. Fleischer. The development firm was the managing general partner for Scottsdale Land Trust LP, which developed the 260-acre Perimeter Center in North Scottsdale. Hudson could not be reached for comment prior to publication time.

Hudson, who has more than 19 years of experience in the real estate and economic development industry, also served as senior vice president for the Arizona Economic Council, vice president for the Dallas Partnership and marketing director for the Governor of Virginia's Office Department of Economic Development, where he served under former Govs. Charles Robb and Gerald Ballies.
