In the first, Metro Commercial's Dan Brickner and Rob Cooper repped RGK Development of Clearwater, FL in the acquisition of the 2.6-acre Monroe Twp. parcel, located on Route 42. No plans were announced for the site.

In Washington Twp., Gloucester County, meanwhile, Metro Commercial's Paul Friedman spoke for local businessman Salvatore Amoroso in the acquisition of a one-acre parcel on Route 47. The new owner plans to build an auto parts retail outlet on the site.

And in Berks County, PA, Metro Commercial's Mark Gerlach represented Wyomissing, PA-based Chapin Lumber and Supply in the sale of a 2.5-acre property. Buyer Tuckerton Road & Fifth Street Highway Partnership plans to develop a retail bank branch on the site, which formerly housed a Chapin Lumber and Supply store.
