The company arranged the leasing of 9,000 sf of industrial space in Wixom to Prodrive Motorsport Inc. The Wixom property, owned by Dart Container Corp. of Mason, MI, was chosen for its close proximity to Prodrive's other location. The tenant is expected to take occupancy sometime this month.

G&E also announced the lease of 17,514 sf of industrial space in Troy to Grupo Antolin North America Inc. Owner of the Troy property is Rankin Properties LLC. The site's close proximity to Grupo's North American headquarters is ideal for the expansion of the European Tier I automotive supplier's operations, said Grupo officials.Geoff Hill and Dan Labes, SVPs at Grubb & Ellis, represented both the owner and the tenant in this transaction.
