Mark Zorn of Daum's Ontario office reports A&R Packaging expects to move into the new building this month. The new regional center will employ 15 workers. The new address will replace a smaller center at 5461 Santa Ana Ave. in Ontario.
Zorn and Tal Siglar, also of Daum's Ontario office, represented A&R in the transaction. The San Antonio-based USAA Real Estate Equities REIT, the property owner, represented itself.
A&R provides packaging and redistribution of bulk commodities, warehousing services, sea-bulk containers and other services for the delivery of products. The company has additional facilities in Morris, IL, Perlington, MS, and Ware, MA.
The new distribution address is a freestanding, concrete tilt-up structure featuring 26-foot interior clearance, 64 dock-high doors, and 3,200 sf of office space. The facility provides 240 on-site parking spaces.
