HydroPoint's lease with commercial property developer RNM Properties includes 7,752-sf of office space at RNM's 1726 Corporate Circle property in the Lakeville Business Park.

RNM's four-phase office campus development project in the growing south Petaluma business corridor consists of 11 tenant-conscious, energy efficient buildings, totaling 830,000-sf on four parcels with more than 42 acres.

According to RNM, HydroPoint is the second tenant to lease one of RNM's North Bay properties in less than a month. RNM just closed a deal with environmental consulting firm Blasland, Bouck & Lee Inc. for 6,000-sf of space at 1670 Corporate Circle, the company's newest addition to the Lakeville Business Park development.

Meridian Commercial brokered the deal. The rental rate was unavailable, but premium office space in Petaluma ranges between $1.85 to $2.25 psf.
