One Call Medical is a long-time tenant of 20 Waterview Blvd., according to Jeffrey Heller of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey Inc., East Rutherford, who with the firm's Peter Rossi repped the tenant in the transaction. "The location has continued to meet our client's needs as it has grown over the past several years," according to Heller.
The tenant provides management services to the workers' compensation industry, including insurers, third-party administrators and self-insured employers. The company uses advanced process management systems that channel patients into diagnostic radiology and EMG preferred provider networks.
