Seven of the lease transactions were for space at the company's 820,300-sf Landmark Square complex in downtown Stamford, Reckson officials say. The largest lease deal was with Aladdin Capital Holdings Inc., which expanded its operations at Three Landmark Square to 7,360 sf. Other deals of note at Landmark Square include GarMark Advisors, LLC, a financial firm, which signed on at One Landmark Square for a 4,250-sf office. Ted Lane of Trammel Crow represented GarMark in the lease deal. At Five Landmark Square, the Stamford Downtown Special Services District, a not-for-profit geared to promoting economic development in the downtown district, renewed its lease of 4,770-sf.
Other office deals at the complex were: Michael A. Fromm, an architectural firm, which renewed its lease for 1,182 sf at Two Landmark Square and Locate in Scotland, a division of Scottish Development International, which renewed its 2,900-sf office at Four Landmark Square.
Also at Landmark Square, Reckson reports it has signed on two new retail tenants. State Farm Mutual signed a new lease for 1,524 sf and Travelex Currency Services Inc., a diversified worldwide money business, has renewed its lease for 1,000 sf.
Reckson officials also report that Morgan Samuels Company, Inc., an executive search consulting firm, has renewed its lease for 3,337 sf at the northern tower of the 325,000-sf Stamford Towers complex.
