"We're in the former space of Newmark at North Mall," Portfolio Recovery's: Melissa Stallard tells GlobeSt.com. "The lease has been signed but the terms have not yet been released." The space will serve as the home for 72 call center employees, including many who will relocate from the company's Norfolk office. Eventually, Portfolio Recovery, which has been in business for approximately seven years, expects to expand its staff to about 200.
