Fouy Ly of Sperry Van Ness says the buyers paid $3 million for the property, which they bought from the Olympic-Barrington Partnership of Los Angeles. Ly represented the seller and Jason Kong of Premier GMAC bargained for the buyers.
Ly called the center "a fabulous retail investment opportunity" because of its location near Knott's Berry Farm, one of the most popular amusement parks in Southern California, and its proximity to the 91 and 5 freeways.
The retail center is situated at 7855 La Palma Ave., taking up an acre in the heart of Buena Park. Built in 2001, the center was remodeled and new tenants brought on board by the seller. The new names included Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, Togo's and Papa John's Pizza.
