The 16,410-SF HemaCare Dialysis Center at 64 Victor Avenue in Highland Parktraded hands for approximately $2.4 million. Godwin represented the buyer andseller, both private investors, in the transaction.
A private investor also acquired the 12-unit, 7,800-SF Southeastern ManorApartments at 18750 Fourteen Mile Road in Roseville for $535,000. SteveMiscavish of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, another privateinvestor, in the transaction.
