The sub shop chain is Quizno's, based in Denver, which has retained Brunelli as exclusive broker for Mercer, Monmouth and Ocean counties to support its recent entry into the Garden State. The franchise chain is looking for1,400- to 1,800-sf spaces in shopping center and CBD locations.

The Portland, OR-based KinderCare, meanwhile, has tapped the firm as preferred broker for several counties in the northern and central portions of the state. The chain, which operates 1,250 centers, is looking for sites that can support a building of 10,000 sf and a playground facility of about 13,000 sf.

World Out World, the Brick, NJ-based health club operator, has retained Brunelli as exclusive broker for locations throughout the state, with immediate emphasis on Mercer and Middlesex counties. The company, which currently owns seven facilities in New Jersey and has a dozen licensed locations in New England and Japan, is looking for spaces in the 21,000- to 25,000-sf range.

Finally, Lumiere Candles & Beyond has retained Brunelli to scope out sites in the entire New York/New Jersey/Pennsylvania region. Seeking 3,000-sf spaces in upscale lifestyle centers, the Freehold, NJ-based company currently operates just three units, its original store in Holmdel, NJ and subsequent openings in Edgewater, NJ and Denville, NJ.
