Lee Wang LLC acquired the property in the Plantation, a business park at 21901 Ferrero Parkway, as a combination owner-user and investor. Shan Lee of the City of Industry office of Daum represented the buyer, while Tom Taylor, Steve Belliti and Clyde Stauff of Colliers Seeley International represented Plantation Portfolio, the seller.
Lee says Wang is one of the owners of Fortune Dynamic, a privately held distributor of women's footwear, plans to occupy a 150,000-sf portion of the building for its headquarters in June. It will employ more than 100 workers at the site. The remaining 171,200 sf of the building is occupied by the Beltmann Group, a logistics company.
The new headquarters for Fortune Dynamic is a concrete tilt-up structure featuring 30-foot minimum interior clearance, dock-high loading with 44 loading doors, and on-site parking for nearly 500 vehicles. Fortune Dynamic will build approximately 40,000 sf of new office space in the facility, Lee notes.
