Grubb & Ellis also completed the lease renewal of 297,130 sf ofindustrial space at the 1.2 million-sf Allied Commerce Center in Livonia toExhibit Works Inc.Brokers Larry Emmons and Dan Labes, both SVPs, represented the owner, DJS Holdings Inc., in this transaction.
Lastly, the company announced the lease of 7,400 sf of industrialspace in Troy to Launch Group Inc., a subsidiary of TGI Group Inc.The Troy property, owned by Heide Street Associates, was chosen for itsclose proximity to the tenant's customers.
