The company announced the lease of 10,260 sf of industrial space inClinton Township to Eclipse Mold.The property, owned by Nova Development Group, was chosen because it wascrane prepped and contained ceiling heights of 22 feet clear.John Arthurs and Bob Pagano, both VPs at G&E, represented theowner in this transaction.

Grubb & Ellis also completed the lease renewal of 297,130 sf ofindustrial space at the 1.2 million-sf Allied Commerce Center in Livonia toExhibit Works Inc.Brokers Larry Emmons and Dan Labes, both SVPs, represented the owner, DJS Holdings Inc., in this transaction.

Lastly, the company announced the lease of 7,400 sf of industrialspace in Troy to Launch Group Inc., a subsidiary of TGI Group Inc.The Troy property, owned by Heide Street Associates, was chosen for itsclose proximity to the tenant's customers. Occupancy is expected in March,2003.Grubb & Ellis SVP Geoff Hill represented the both theowner and the tenant in this transaction.
