Podolsky plans to refurbish the property over the next three years and estimates he will raise its value to $28 million. Currently 90% let, the biggest tenant is about to leave the buildings and Podolsky is seeking new tenants for space ranging from 1,500 to 65,000 sf. Quoting rent is $22 per sf.
Concourse Office Plaza consists of two 12-storey towers linked by a three-storey building.
