David Hoffberg of Delphi's Van Nuys office says AMR's leased site is one of three buildings, totaling 41,000 sf, developed by Striks Properties of North Hollywood. The other two buildings were leased during or shortly after construction, says Hoffberg, who represented Striks in the AMR lease. The other tenants in the project are DB Granite & Marble and the AIDS Project LA, with 7,946 sf and 7,786 sf, respectively.

AMR expects to take occupancy in the second quarter. The company provides a range of medical transportation services, from basic patient transit to advanced emergency care and pre-hospital assistance.

The concrete block structure features 2,450 sf of office space, skylights, 22-foot minimum warehouse clearance, dock-high and ground-level loading, sprinklers and on-site parking for 50 vehicles.
