In the Southeast Michigan area, the company has acquired a 40,000-sf officebuilding in Birmingham, according to company President Richard Broder.The 380 North Old Woodward office building, on Woodward just north of MapleRoad in downtown Birmingham, was acquired from a private investment group. The three-story building with underground parkingis fully occupied, Broder said. The company will also provide property management services for the building.

In western Michigan, the company has acquired an 85,000-sf shopping centerin Muskegon, said Broder.The Sherman Shopping Center in Muskegon, on Main and Sherman streets, was also purchased from a private investment group.It is 100% occupied, with tenants including PetSmart, Cirucit Cityand Office Max.The company will provide property management services for this as well.
