Zach Niles of CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Anaheim office tells GlobeSt.com that locally based Atrak Inc. has acquired the 17,022-sf industrial building at 1210 N. Knollwood Circle from Beacon and plans to occupy the property as an owner-user. Niles and Ben Seybold, also of CBRE's Anaheim office, represented the buyer and the seller in the transaction.Niles says Atrak, a towing service, will move into the space after a short leaseback to the current tenant, a distribution firm that is owned by Beacon and that's occupied the building since it was constructed.
The new Atrak facility is a single-story, concrete tilt-up building constructed in 1979. The seller had owned the freestanding structure since about four years ago, when it bought both the business and the building of the existing tenant.
