Eurecat US Inc., a catalyst services firm, will relocate from a class B building at 13100 Bay Park Rd. in Pasadena, 11 miles northeast of the new office address. Mike Adams of Houston-based PM Realty represented the building owner, Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors, in the pact for the now 94%-leased property. Adams tells GlobeSt.com that the firm signed a five-year lease.
Adams says the 18-year-old, 60,656-sf, well-located building with glass façade is one of the most modern-looking buildings in the Clear Lake office market. He says the move to the class A-minus property is an image upgrade for Eurecat, which will maintain a catalyst processing plant in Pasadena. Bill Insull of Leasesquarefeet Inc. in Houston represented Eurecat in the negotiations.
