The company negotiated the lease of the 38,910-sf building locatedat 2044 Austin in Rochester Hills, MI. Joe Banyai of Signature represented the tenant, ESIHoldings Inc. John Boyd, also of Signature, represented the landlord,General Development.
The company also negotiated the lease of the 49,290-sf building located at 1735 E. 14 Mile Road in Troy, MI. Banyai represented the tenant, ESI Holdings, Inc. Paul Hoge of Signature represented the landlord, AlliedFulfillment.
Finally, the company was given representation of the Livonia BusinessCampus, a 125-acre redevelopment site in western Livonia, MI. This project, a joint venture between General Motors and Etkin Equities, is located close to the I-275 and I-96 expressways. Gary Sallen and Steve Gordon are the agents for the project.
The two said build-to-suit opportunities are available for both sale andlease at the park, ranging in size from 50,000 sf to 750,000 sf. Inaddition, land parcels of various sizes will be offered for sale.
