Sonoran Integrations signed a 2,337-sf lease for the 8340 E. Raintree Dr. industrial complex in the Scottsdale Airpark to fill a space that had been vacant for about a year, Justin Carlson, with Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co.'s Phoenix office tells GlobeSt.com. "They wanted to be in an up-and-coming area," Carlson said of the firm's decision to occupy a portion of Building C in the four-structure, 58,570-sf industrial complex.
The company will use the space for the sales, fabrication and technical integration of telecommunication products. The plaza, located within easy access to Loop 101, is 94% occupied.
Carlson, along with Jerry Noble and Brian Black, both with Trammell Crow, negotiated the deal for building owner, Farmers New World Life Insurance. Prudential Arizona Properties represented the tenant in the transaction.
