Tony Principe of the Westlake Village office of Westcord reports the county departments plan a mid-March occupancy of the two-story building, where approximately 80 workers will be employed. The consolidation will combine activities from several other Thousand Oaks locations for the county.

Tony Principe and Rick Principe, also of Westcord's Westlake Village office, represented Westlake Village-based Newbury Partners, the property owner. The tenant was represented by Michael Slater of CB Richard Ellis Inc.

Building owner Newbury Partners plans to begin extensive renovations to the property, which is a wood frame and stucco building with on-site, street level parking and extensive landscaping. The two-story building was constructed in 1982.
